We recommend that you call for an appointment for your estimate to ensure that we have one of our I-CAR Trained estimators available to evaluate the damage to your vehicle. If your vehicle is non-drivable, you can certainly have your car towed to our Collision Center at 126 N Langley Rd Glen Burnie, MD anytime day or night. We can assist in coordinating towing services or you may contact Redmond’s Towing, our preferred provider at (410) 437-1111.
Get A Damage Estimate
During your appointment, one of our I-CAR trained estimators will evaluate the damages to your vehicle. We will provide you with a written estimate and review the repairs necessary. Our knowledgeable staff will answer any of your questions. After your estimate is written, we will provide you with a copy and review the repairs that need to be completed and answer any of your questions. Then we will schedule your vehicle for repairs and order any parts needed based on the estimate.
Repair The Damages
Once your vehicle is dropped off, our technicians and estimator will perform a complete disassembly of the damaged area to assess any hidden damage. This process, when possible, will include pre-scan of the vehicles on-board computer system to identify any diagnostic trouble codes. If any additional damage is found, both our customer and the insurance company will be notified. Your vehicle is then repaired and painted to pre-collision condition by our I-CAR Certified Technicians.
Pick Up Your Newly Repaired Vehicle
After our technicians have completed your repairs, each vehicle is cleaned and then inspected by your estimator and management. Additionally, a post repair on-board computer scan is performed to make sure all diagnostic trouble codes have been cleared.
At this point your vehicle is ready for pickup and our office will call to coordinate.
